- Minimum 2.60 GPA Resident of the U.S. or Canada College sophomore, junior, or senior Seeking a bachelor's degree Studying horticulture or plant sciences Attending school in the U.S. or Canada Planning to have a career in floriculture and herbaceous ornamental plants U.S. or Canadian citizen or permanent resident Preference will be given to students who have demonstrated interest in commercial greenhouse production of herbaceous ornamental or floriculture crops (i.e., nonedible, non-medicinal crops), research related to the production, physiology, or breeding of herbaceous ornamental and floriculture crops, and/or the sales and marketing of herbaceous ornamental and floriculture crops.
