Drafting Voice and Style
As you draft, maintain an active voice and specific language. Instead of stating generalities, provide concrete examples and reflections. Avoid clichés and ensure each paragraph serves a purpose in advancing your narrative. Revision and the “So What?” Factor
After your initial draft, take a step back and review your work critically. Ask yourself, “So what?” for each major point.
