- This program is open to students who have completed at least their sophomore year of college at an accredited 4-year institution and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher. Applicants must be working on a degree in accounting, business management, city and regional planning, civil engineering, communications, construction management, finance, information technology, marketing, operations management, public policy or public administration, structural engineering, or other transportation-related degree. Selection is based on academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, a statement of goals and aspirations, unusual personal or family circumstances, and an outside appraisal. Financial need is not considered.
