Applicants must be interested in preparing for a career in the highway construction industry and be working on a degree in technology. They must be enrolled full-time and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher. U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required. Selection is based on grades, interest in the highway construction industry, extracurricular activities, employment experience, evaluations, and financial need.
